Sketching

The camping chair is no longer included in the set-up... :) It's too heavy and I need to bring a solar panel with me for only electricity source. So chair will go

The tent has a water column value of 5000 mm, so the heavy rain cover has to be left out of the middle bag. To it's place will now fit two thermoses of water without them taking up space in the front bag. They will now balance more of the bike's lightweight aluminum frame in the middle.

I will not share my exact routes, but now it has been worth of sketching out a little direction. So that I do not have to stand in the Ikea parking lot when entering in Sweden. Wondering which way to go....

The initial route seems to go from Oulu to Tornio, Finland. From there of course will across the border to Haparanda, Sweden. It seemed that I would continue west from there to Norway. But now, browsing the map, it seems that I will go through Sweden along the coast of the mainland to Copenhagen. And then we will see again there.

This is just a preliminary mental sketch plan for me and it may change depending on how I feel and who I may meet on the way. I do not intend to go by staring at the map.

It's better to follow directions and intuition in nature. When you see an environment you've never been before. Right now, how can I really know, until I am there. Then I will know. The important thing about the map is that I can find peaceful wild camping spots and water from there, every night.
